Panography
En me promenant sur Flickr, je suis tombé sur cette technique, la “panography”. Elle consiste à prendre des dizaines, voire des centaines, de photos d’un même endroit puis de les assembler dans photoshop pour obtenir une vue générale.
Cette technique semble être une initiative de Mareen Fishinger, une photographe allemande avec un grand sens de l’esthétisme.
Elle explique sa technique :
How I do it? Well, I try to remember to be tilting the camera while snapping the pictures. I didn’t exactly look through the viewfinder anymore after the first 100.
The more you zoom in the less the distortion gets. Maybe I zoomed in a bit too much, that’s why there were so many pictures. […]
This time it took me about 4 hours to stitch this stuff together in Photoshop, by pulling in the single photos (which I made small with a script first), making them see-through (50% visible) and Apple-Tea-ing them (transform, only for rotation) so they fit together.
Start in one corner, preferably in shooting order.
